Jay & Lesley get hitched!
I love weddings. Especially when I get to take part in them.
However, this time around I wasn't behind the camera, Steph was. And she got some amazing shots during Jay and Lesley's wedding. I must be rubbing off on her. I am so happy for both Jay and Lesley. They are perfect for each other, and I'm so glad I could share in their happiness. (I'm such a sap...) Anyways, this post should really be a Steph Porter Design photo post. I tried getting her to be a guest blogger, but she's being modest. I did grab my camera while Jay and Lesley had their first look for a few quick shots, and I also got the cake and parent dances. Maybe I should hire Steph on as a second shooter... Congrats to Jay and Lesley!

Louie in the Woods
Yeah, I know. I've been slacking. My hands have been full with puppy training. Cameras and teething puppies don't generally mix well... Anyhow, during last week's only nice day, I grabbed my camera and Louie and we went for a longer walk through the woods. At 4 1/2 months, he sure is a curious little guy. And luckily he is also clueless so he doesn't notice some of the wild life that runs around. He picks up on birds, but squirrels, chipmunks, and even a weasel, doesn't even phase him. We went past some old buildings, and as he sniffed around, I grabbed a few more shots. Enjoy the photos!

Maine, Dogs, and Legos
The past few weekends, Steph, Louie and I have been in Maine. Louie has had a great time playing with Bandit and Tobey. Bandit usually ignores him, but Tobey is so excited when he sees Louie, and Louie is so happy to have someone to rough house with. Louie went on his first boat ride, went for a swim in the lake, and just got to be outside while Steph and I watched...well maybe more hovered so we knew he wasn't getting into too much trouble.
Throw in my birthday present of a Lego set that goes with the one I've posted previously, and add in some of the new Avengers and Wolverine Legos, and I had some more fun. It's so much fun to mix and match the different city sets with the themed sets. When would you ever see Chewbacca in a pet store? Or the Avengers shopping for pets? I could even add in Indiana Jones in the next segment.... oh the possibilities! So as always, I hope you enjoy!
