Ahhhh! I finally got to take some photos before the year ended! School had taken a large chunk of my time so I wasn't able to take as many photos as I had hoped for. So thankfully, I was able to spend some time with my close friends and wife down in Newport a few days before Christmas. We went over for a tour of Marble House, and to quote one of the people touring the mansion, it was "exquisite." We walked around the grounds outside, and then headed over to the Breakers. It was really a great day to catch up with the newly engaged couple (Congrats Jay and Lesley!) and our other friends too. Hopefully this next semester won't be as time consuming and there won't be months in between posts. It felt so good to get behind the camera again. Enjoy the photos!
Jay, Lesley, Keri, and Steph...with longer black coats they could have been the Illuminati...
The sun came out!
A few weeks ago, my mom in law asked me to take some photos for her, and I was happy to do so. I got to explore Colt State Park on a typical hot June day. Hopping from place to place in the air conditioning of my car, I wandered around the park. It was great to see an old stone carriage house, the docks, and to also enjoy the quiet of the park. Hope you all enjoy!
